Bill Ricigliano

Bill Ricigliano attended the SUNY at Geneseo in 1973 and soon after started a career in the flooring industry as an apprentice and ultimately became a business owner within the next 24 months. Bill worked extensively in the NY metropolitan area for the next 16 years before relocating to Naples, Florida with his family. An entrepreneur at heart, Bill developed and patented the Putting Zone simulated Golf Course in 1993 and has been an antique golf collector for over 30 years.

After moving to Naples, Bill joined the Kiwanis Club of Northside Naples, where he found his true passion for helping children in need. Moving up in the organization, Bill eventually became Northside's President, Kiwanis Lt Governor for Collier County twice, Florida Kiwanis Foundation Trustee for four years, and eventually President of the Florida Kiwanis Foundation. As a recipient of numerous awards for his dedication to helping children, Bill was honored as one of Collier County's Men of Distinction in 2015 and continues to be involved in Kiwanis as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Naples on the Gulf, raising funds for children in need.

Bill founded the Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County. This nonprofit organization supplies homeless and at-risk children in the Collier County Public School System with backpacks, clothing, and school supplies. Over the past 31 years, Bill has raised over $1.5 million.

After 51 years as a Flooring Contractor, overseeing projects ranging from high-rises to one-of-a-kind creative flooring designs, Bill is now focusing on his dream of building the first Putting Zone in Nashville, Tennessee.

John Martarano

President

John is a results-driven executive with a proven ability to turn bold ideas into scalable business success. With deep experience in both retail and education, he has led high-growth brands through strategic expansion, operational optimization, and team development.

John played a key role in scaling Flip Flop Shops into an Inc. 500|5000 company, overseeing 230+ franchise locations across 10 countries. Later, he brought his expertise to the education sector as Vice President of Development at Little Kitchen Academy, where he spearheaded the rollout of 18 schools across North America.

From building franchise systems to launching purpose-driven startups, John is known for his authenticity, strategic vision, and relentless focus on results.

John resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife and four kids. He loves the challenge and competition of golf and is always playing just well enough to tee it up again.

Jeff Ricigliano

COO

With over 25 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce, and business development, Jeff currently serves as General Manager of Naples Custom Hitch & Trailer Sales, Inc. He began his career in hands-on technical and customer-facing roles, eventually helping to launch and manage multiple retail locations. In response to the 2008 recession, Jeff led the pivot to e-commerce, launching a successful online sales strategy that evolved from a single eBay store into a multi-platform presence across Amazon, Walmart, and a custom-built website.

Under his leadership, e-commerce business scaled from $1 million in its first year to nearly $50 million in annual revenue — now averaging over 10,000 tire shipments per week. Jeff continues to drive growth through operational efficiency, strategic product expansion, and a deep focus on customer satisfaction in the competitive trailer tire market.
